DOCUMENTARY (Primary 5 & 6)

Dear students,

After you finish writing your emails for the travel agencies in the country you have chosen, the next activity is to make a TV documentary about that country.

You will record it with the small videocameras.

In that documentary, you need to include the following information:

-Country
-Inhabitants
-Capital
-Money
-Important cities
-Typical food
-Important museums
-Any other thing you may find interesting

You will write a draft, and once I see it, you can continue in a Power Point document, a poster, or any other way you think is imaginative. Try to be creative!

Enjoy the task and good luck!

ENDANGERED ANIMALS (Primary 6)

Dear students,

This time we are going to learn about endangered animals.

The final product is going to be a poster for an animal protection campaign (similar to the one in the Students' Book page 73).

You are going to collaborate in groups, and there won't be any exam! Hurray! The mark is going to be based on your effort, collaboration and participation in the group work and in the final product, the poster.

In the poster, you need to include the following aspects:
-information about the animal
-plan for helping the animal
-ways of raising money

Here you have some useful links to find the necessary information:

In order to help you with the project, you will need to do Activity Book pages 65, 67, 70 and 71. It will also be very interesting if you read the story on pages 78-79 of the Student's Book. You can do everything in groups!

The last day to present the poster is the 29th May.

Good luck!
